I’m Beth Stilborn, and  I’m so glad you’re here. Please scroll down for more!

I’m a writer, mainly of middle grade fiction, and a reader across ages and genres. I love to share things I believe will encourage, and teach, and give hope. I write for kids like the kid I was, who often feel on the outside looking in. I write to tell them, and myself, “You’re okay. We’re okay.”

I hope you’ll subscribe to my newsletter, as well! See below.

As well as being a writer, I am a freelance editor, offering copy editing for a wide range of fiction and memoir and developmental editing for picture books, chapter books, and middle grade novels.

I try to do all this with gentleness, with humor, and with a spirit of caring for the person and his/her/their manuscript ~ editing with a keen eye and an understanding heart.

Learn more by clicking on My Editing Service in the menu bar. I’d love to help you take your manuscript from Flubs to Fixes!
